unstable angina and esophageal spasm

I have a pci + stent x1 to cx and have unstable angina i was in hospital with very bad chest pains on the 24th june 2006 this is what the cardio doctor say's none cardiac chest pain its esophageal spasm referral to gastro as op so if i get this chest pain again do i try and ignore it and he all so stopped my nicorandil and my Clopidogrel and lowed my   Bisoprolol from 10mg to 5mg with a view to stopping i have an appointment with my doctor next week i need to get a second apinyan i think.. so how you can give me some info please
