This isn't me and I will have her make herself welcome on here, she is at a camp with her church right now and she knew I was on this site when I was pregnant and asked if I say something. If I was pregnant I would be more than happy to make that public knowledge. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated and once she is home later this weekend I will tell her she needs to create a username. Thanks ladies.

K...its just very strange. In the past, you've asked some similar questions, and I remember thinking it odd b/c as a nanny to someone who had twins before, you should know very well the answers to most of your own questions.
It's just odd that you say she's away at camp, and yet is somehow communicating with you and asking you to find out all these things for her? What's the urgency? Its not like she's delivering in the next couple of days, is it?
We haven't seen you post very much at all, and now all of a sudden you are posting some questions similar to those you've posted in the past, and now there's all this hurry about getting answers.

My friend is on my top friends and she is the one that you can clearly see is pregnant by her picture. Thanks ladies

I'm just concerned. I know its around the same time of year you lost a baby, isn't it? Is everything ok with you?
The Do's and Don'ts of pregnancy are very well known, and easily found with a simple internet search or by a trip to any book store. The costs of diapers and formula vary, so you can't take any one person's experience and generalize. Its not that we don't want to answer your questions, its just very....odd, that's all.
We'll look for your friend as soon as she comes home from camp. Hopefully, she's not having multiples or anything like that...is she? Because that would be even stranger.

lol -Its ok to go on a boat during pregnancy
-Dont jump on a trampoline
- Dont go in a hottub or take a hot bath
- Dont do strenous exercise
- Dont dye your hair for the first trimester (this is under debate but better safe than sorry)
- Avoid fumes unless the area is well ventilated (ex: nail salons with no fans and closed windows, Hair salons with no fans and closed windows, painting a bedroom with no fan and closed windows etc.)
- Theres a lot of food that you arent supposed to eat but most of it is fish.. That I have seen so far.. So I just stay away from fish all together..
- Make sure you drink enough water throughout the day.. Dehydration has proven to lead to preterm labor.
I cant think of anymore at the moment.. But like peekawho said.. You can type in dos and donts of pregnancy in google and it will bring up a big list.. Just thought I would share a few that I have wondered about.
