Cysts on both Kidneys - 15 years old

My daughter who is 15 has been having problems with her stomach. She has had lose of appetite and became pale. She has very bad menustral periods, which take her for another loop. She had a cat scan in the emergency room that showed a cyst on her ovary that ruptured a day before. That's when they found the cysts on the kidneys. THe Doctor said they did not look problematic.
She has been sick on and off for about (2) months. She had UTI with strep in the urine. I am going to see a uriologist. Can these cysts be causing these problems?
