did you get this pain at the same location since the day you started or did it develop recently? was it the same intensity throughout or has the intensity changed over time?
It is likely that this is due to some injury either while walking or due to some other trauma which may have happened now or earlier while working. Such fixed amount of pain is also seen in conditions due to narrowing of the arteries called as 'claudication pain', however, this may only be ruled out by proper examination by a doctor.
However this is only a probable cause and a final diagnosis may be achieved only after proper examination by a medical doctor.
You may try to restrict the amount of exercise and also use OTC pain killers for the time being to help you with the pain. You may also use some fomentation at the site with local applications to help you decreasing the pain.
You may have to visit your doctor to help you further. He may examine you and suggest you further treatment.
