Everyone keeps talking about this as a treatment, what are the side effects and what does it do exactly.

The most common side effect in my experience is severe headache. I just started Florinef again a couple of weeks ago, and the headache is finally subsiding. Other possible side effects I am aware of include: weight changes, appetite changes, upset stomach, etc.
