Do i have Food poisoning??? PLease HelP

I have a question...I went to a graduation last night and they were serving salmon patty, shrimp, and some kind of
tune wrapped in another fish...im usually not a fish person but decided to try some thing new...when i woke up
thismorning, I had a sore throat and then i started getting a BAD migraine...and hot and cold patches, and chills,
when i got home i took my temp and it was 101.9 and then raised to 102.2 and i feel sooo cold yet im sweating
bullets, i took a vicotin for my migraine and it worked a lil but my temp is still there. Is there anything I can do? Is this
food poisioning?
