It's hard to say what to do; I don't know the protocol per se, but what I do know is that my daughter was absolutely fine with all nuts and recently was retested and the nuts have gotten worse and so have the reactions gotten worse. Sometimes it takes time for the antibody levels to keep moving upwards and then you get a reaction and nobody can predict how big or small that first reaction may be.
