if my pt in the blood is normal and the aptt is high can thishave an effect on a tia, and as my overactive thyroid got anything to do with it. my chest xray shows ethier past infection or weight loss what does this mean as i have had none, are they all connected what could be wrong

i am 46 women alost the use of my arm and leg for a few seconds what might be tia blod test shows high cholesetral and high aptt the rest is normal, chest xray showed past infection or weight loss but i have had none and i have an overactive thyriod are they all related what do they all mean what has happened to me
