what chemothearpy required

my biopsy report is
moderatly differentiated infiltrating duct carcinoma
RBscore 3+2+1=6
occasional focus of DCIS is present
moderate lymphocyte response is seen
both the tumor A and B shows presence of tumor
all the restricted margins are free of tumour
nipplr aerola unremarkable
two lymph nodes are positive for metastasis
seprate sewnt level III lymph node (H) are negative for metastais
ER PgR negative
my questions are
at what stage my cancer is
what type of chemotherapy i need
what are the chances of survival
what are the chances of reoccurance

Hi there.

From what you have described, your cancer is around stage II of disease.  The positive lymph nodes will require you to undergo chemotherapy with drugs called taxanes (Taxol or Taxotere) along with standard drugs like Adriamycin or Cyclophosphamide.  Your stage would carry around 70-80% 10 year survival rate, with the addition of chemotherapy, this can be improved by another 10-15 percent.
