Namaste,
Deanxit is a combination of two psycho-active agents, flupentixol and melitracen, this binary drug have the properties to against depression. This drug should be taken within bounds if allowed by a specialist. And it is supposed for short term usage only.
I have not heard of it for use in panic attacks.
There are many medications available that handle panic attacks very well and if you think you're suffering from panic attacks consult your doctor, since he can recommend a medication to treat both your depression(if that's an issue) and your panic attacks.

Dear Michael,

Thank you for your kind advice. Taking Deanxit, 1 Tablet in the morning only,
I feel good, and I experience panic attack much reduced, this is why I have asked this question.

For Panic Attack Doctor prescribed me Rivortil (Clonazepam) 1.00 mg at night
and 0.5 mg in the morning. If I stop taking Rivotril, Panic Attack recur. Then, Doctor
prescribed me Prolert (Flouxetine). It gave me tingling sensation in my thigh and legs. I stopped taking this medicine and consulted MIM. They say Flouxetine may cause Aplastic Anemia (Bone Marrow Failure). For fear of this fatal disease I don't take it any longer.

This isnt about the med- but I had panic attacks for years- and thought I was loosing my mind- I had them in grade school. very miserable- back in the 50s and 60s it was not at all heard of for kids.

at the age of 50,  my dr. told me FINALLY that they are panic attacks and suggested that I tell myself to breath deep, focus on something concrete in front of me and remind myself this will pass & I wont die-

This is not of course a psychiatric answer- but it has helped me- i dont have to feel that I am having a break down- it has a name. best of luck with the anxiety-
