A seizure episode really gives a lot of stress to the body, and the jerking movements and all the muscle tension can really make his blood pressure and heart rate shoot up. As a child, these changes in blood dynamics is well handled by the blood vessels and should not cause any problems (compared to older individuals who may develop strokes with these blood pressure elevation). I hope that his seizures can be controlled to prevent the blood presure elevations. Regards and God bless.
