This new cyst may not have to be operated at this point especially if this is not causing compression or other symptoms. I believe that your present symptoms of vision changes and headaches are not adequately explained by this cyst and that there can be other explanations such as stress or primary eye problems. It is advised that you continue to have follow ups and further imaging procedures so that this cyst can be monitored. also, it is important to keep in close contact with your doctor and report to him or her any new symptoms that might develop.
Regards.
