whats this unusual bump?

A couple months ago, i noticed an unusual lump on my scrotum. It is hard, and about the size of a pea. Any ideas of what it could be? It is not painful at all.

If this is in the skin, it is probably a cyst. It may grow and may even drain a toothpaste like material. If it is not causing any discomfort, then leave it alone. If it becomes painful and red, it may be infected and need to be drained. (Though it may well drain spontaneously and heal.
The most knowledgeable answer will be from a physician who can actually see and examine  what you are describing. Certainly if it is enlarging and becoming painful it needs to be evaluated by your physician).
