I am losing the ability to live !! why ?

I will write this article while I still have conscience of what I am doing, for in the past 2 months I have began to lower my human skills, as if I no longer know who I am, what I do or who my friends/family are !
I act normaly though, my responses to environment stimules is perfectly natural. Its like I am just at the back of everything and not being able to " control " and have conscience of what world am I. It is like everything I am being threw is just a dream.
I have difficulty in remenbering past memories, and when I am able to do so, it´s like they belong to someone else !
Its like the person who I used to be died long and long ago.. I am something else now
I can´t stand it anymore.. please help **
