PLEASE HELP...Migrane with no head pain but many other symptoms???

For over two months i have been lightheaded during episodes.  I also have flickering lights and darker spots when I am having an episode.  I have muscle tension in my neck....severe at times.  Have suffered from horrible tension headaches in the past.  Also have ringing in my ears.  all of this started at the same time...around Mother's Day.  When i am having a bad episode, i think i can deduce that I also have a pain in my stomach.  Currently I have numb hands and tingling areas....have had this off and on for 14 years and thought it was associated to the tension felt in my shoulders.  Sometimes, i feel fine others I am definately lightheaded.  Also have blurring in my left eye all of a sudden and it worsens when having an episode.  I also can not physically exert myself as i get really hot and lightheaded.  

Have seen Audioologist who did hours of testing for eyes tracking etc and ears.  All fine
Had to get glasses all of a sudden but the doc said eyes looked ok
Had a CT and all was fine
Went to an ENT who said I needed an MRI of my brain to rule out MS
An ENT does not treat either and he will not refer me to a neaurologist as he wants me to get the MRI and then go back to him.  I am very frustrated but still hoping that this is a migranr type thing and not MS!  I can only be grateful that I am not having the type of headaches I used to have to accompany all of this other stuff.

There is a possibility that you are suffering from migraine. Migraine can occur without headache. The only symptom being blurring of vision or ringing in the ears. I would suggest you to get  8 hrs of continuous sleep. You can try taking a tranquiliser at bedtime.
Tingling numbness suggests a nerve compression. Avoiding red wine, caffeine and processed meat may also be of help.I think you should see a neurologist as soon as you can.
