right leg pain

I am having pain in my right leg from last 1 year.the pain is mostly on the front side of the lower leg.But now I am also having pain on the side of thigh and hip.When I am sleeping on my right hand side I am getting pain on the area where the thigh meets the hip on the right side.I am getting 24 hours pain on the front lower side of the right leg.Sometimes the pain goes upto ankle and feet.I have done so many X-rays but nothing came out and the doctors are not suggesting MRI.I really don't know what to do?Please help me.

I have the same symptoms as you what did the doctor tell you it was caused from?
