depo injection

I recently had the depo injection 2 weeks ago. I had it done whilst i was 2 days into my period. My period stopped after gettin the injection but i had sexual intercourse with my partner and it triggered them off again about a week ago. i havn't had a proper period since the injection its just been a brown discharge for a week now. I have broken out in a few spots, and i sometimes get a pain in one of me ovaries and in my abdomen. Can yu help me and tell me what this is because its starting to worry me now.
