SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!

My 1st day of my last period was April 23
I have regular sexual relations with my boyfriend
O I cheated on him 1 time on May 6th one time with my ex
My boyfriend never ejaculates inside, he pulls out but im aware of risks and
my ex didn't finish and didn't ejaculate at all. (I do understand the pre stuff)
** June 12th my sonogram proved that due to the baby size, I was 7.3 weeks or more pregnant (which would make my bf the father)
If I'm pregnant by my ex (one night stand) then I should've been 5 weeks or a little less on June 12th
Should I trust the sonogram!! Please help me I dont want to make a major mistake and live with regret

EITHER WAY YOU HAVE TO GO GET A TEST
I guess your lookin for assurance that its your bfs. your going to get that
