i ask someone last week regarding thay say tha its a senior citizens vitamins supplement because i wanted to buy but they says it use to be a commercial long time ago that says"theres a baby in everybottle" so that was an advertising so they say also that its no evidence that it helps conception let alone twins, check iyt out from glaxosmithkline and company. Im also 25 and are ttc so goodluck

I've never heard of it helping to conceive twins, but I have heard about the "baby in each bottle" thing. But like raray said, there's no evidence of it actually helping. It's basically a vitamin/mineral supplement with high iron.
