refitting bridges

i live in connecticut and was released from jail where i had several teeth removed because they don't fix them unless you want to wait approx. 10 months. where can i get my bridges adjusted so they will fit the gaps the pulling left? is there a free clinic or descending rate in the area i live in as i don't have much money as i lost my social security while i was imprisoned/ i live in the fairfield county area. thank you
