hiv worried

Hi guys, i recently had an half an hour massage with a an hiv positive friend. Right to the end she started to masturbate my penis and i noticed some rush on her wrist( both arms).
I asked what it was and she replyed that was a sort rush that u get with hot sun thus she s got very sensible skin, but im not sure about that worrying that could be something more serious maybe related to her hiv state.
The rush was very red and im worried that she could have passed on me something or even hiv.
Im exremely worried and i cant sleep
Can u pass hiv in this way even so that the rush was ending near the hand which did use for masturbate my penis???
Also i know that usually the period before get tested is 12 weeks but i was reading that u can test earlier with some other hiv test, is it true??????
Im really worried and i would really appreciate for some support
