I don't know how old you are, but if you work out is it possible you injured yourself? My son did that to his neck and shoulder and he had a terrible time recovering. I myself have a lot of pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, herniated discs in my neck and sciatica and low back pain, hip and knee pain, you name it! I know what it's like to live in pain, and like you, I don't take pain pills (they bother my stomach and I have high blood pressure). I use Tylenol, Advil, heat, ice and the muscle creams. But I have a lot of days when I feel the way you do--like there's no end and I'd rather not be here to live this way in such pain.
What was the diagnosis for your back?
