I would advise you to get your blood pressure and blood sugar levels checked as high blood pressure and low blood sugar levels can cause dizziness. Also an eye exam and ear exam will be useful. Blood hemoglobin count to rule out anemia which can also cause dizzy spells can be done. I would advise you to make sure that you eat regularly and maintain hydration.
