brown spot on penis

This is embarrassing and I wasn't sure whether or not to put this in the sex section, but to me this is more of a health issue. When I was young I stood up when going #2, so this one time the stool slid down the back end of my penis and I just didn't care as I was young. So now, me being older now, I have this brown mark along the back end and soap doesn't seem to be working all that well. Any suggestions?

The brown mark is a result of this incident? Are you circumcised?

no I'm not circumcised and I honestly, truly believe it was from that incident. I remember it happening for some reason. It really is sad.

The stool slid down the back side of your genitals and from then on you have noted the discoloration, is this correct?

I do understand your concern here but at this point I can not think of an association between the stools and the discoloration. Discoloration on the area may be postinflammatory hyperpigmentation or it may be caused by previous skin trauma or infections. Unless, you have associated the incident with symptoms like itchiness and burning pain in the area, I may think that the incident has been contributory.

Maybe you can elaborate on the incident more?

you described it perfectly. it's a long brown mark down my penis and there is absolutely no itchiness, burning which is why it's gone unnoticed for so long. The only other thing is there are bumps about 2mm in diameter all along my penis where a few become slightly white at the top when I get an erection.
I can't think of any reason how I could have affected it with trauma.
