I have HSV Type 1 in the Genital form....Help??

So heres what I have as my periods....
March- 4th through the 7th
April- 16th through the 19th
May- 15 through the 18th
June- 13th through the 17th

*I have been extra observant lately as up until April my periods had been regular, however it didn't come until day 44 in April and I had had sex on the day I was most likely to be ovulating.  So after that scare, I started observing more cloesly.

Unfortunately I was diagnosed with HSV Type One (Oral however transmitted to Genital), which I unknowingly got from my partner at the time who had gone without symptoms and gave me it when he was giving me oral sex.  I was diagnosed with it on June 18th, but I had had it all through my last period, which made it kind of difficult to see how much bleeding was taking place and what not.
Yesterday (June 30th), I noticed bright red spotting.
The last times I had sex was May 10th, and June 10th.  So I'm not really concerned about pregnancy.
Lately I have been feeling extremely sluggish and tired, not wanting to get out of bed or anything.  I have also been feeling extra full and extra bloated, even while not on my period, and I just feel fatter, and I'm not one of those females that ever ******* about being fat either.  However I had been working out more than ever, which is why I'm kind of confused about that?
Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on?  I'm just tired of feelings like this.  Could it all relate back to my HSV?

ALSO.....
I was diagnosed this month....
I took the medications....it's all cleared up...
What are the chances of passing HSV type 1 on through VAGINAL intercourse, or even through kissing....
Percentages would help.
Thnks.

Nothing you have said here suggests herpes!! When you were diagnosed with herpes, DOCTORS DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE HERPES IS!! If your Doctor told you were you positive for HSV1, duh, you already knew that! He can't tell if the HSV1 is orally or vaginally HOWEVER, I think he is making a bad assumption that whatever you got going on downstairs sister is Herpes!! I bet it's not! Herpes isn't something that lasts for days and days and days and keeps you in bed like this! You got something else going on down there that you need to go to an STD Specialist or Dermatologist! The only time you can get reinfected with the same HSV is during your inital outbreak where your body doesn't have the antibodies to fight it off so it will get into different nerve ganglions. Sorry, your vaginal symptoms are something else!! Go get it checked out tomorrow from someone that knows that they are doing...

Yo....I KNOW I have HSV Type 1....lol.  That's not the issue.   Nothing was assumed.  I've had various tests.  I was in bed for 7 days lol.  Believe me, I already know I have it.
I just want to figure out what's causing the bleeding.  .

I didn't say you didn't have HSV! I bet you do but herpes isn't going to cause you to bleed.. I know you have HSV1 as well as half of the other people in this country but what you got going on down below isn't characteristics of herpes... That's all I was saying.. You only get HSV once and you already knew you had it before all of this happened so obviously it is not your problem! If it is herpes, it would be a new infection and be the other type of herpes, HSV2...

I don't see it as being anything new because I haven't had sex since my testing.
If complications of herpes doesn't cause spotting then fine...that's all I was really curious about.

Spotting isn't unusual.  You are stressed out so your period having a mind of its own isn't too unusual either.

The symptoms you are currently having aren't likely to be related to the hsv1.  Should you continue to have abnormal bleeding for more than a week ( the time of an average period for many folks )  then see your provider for further work up.

sometimes it just s u c k s to be female :(

You have hsv1 genitally, your bf has hsv1 orally. Just avoid sex whenever you have symptoms and it shouldn't be an issue in this relationship.  Are you using any birth control that you are worried about when you ovulate?

No I dont take birth control.

And he's not my boyfriend anymore.  He was at the time.
I am talking to someone new now.
That's what I'm curious about percentages.
