Ear pain, dizziness with crown

I had a crown placed on a upper right back molor on June 13th. I have severe headaches and pain in the ear. Over the weekend my head felt stuffed up and I could hear myself talk. Very strange and I do not have a cold or sinus; I am very healthy and usually do not need Tylenol, Ibubrofen, etc and rarely have headaches. I have to take something every 3 hours or the pain is too severe. The crown has been adjusted twice only to get relief for a couple days and then the cycle starts again. I went through this last year - minus the dizziness - and it took about 5 months before everthing settled down. My concern now is the amount of Tylenol, Ibubrofen, Aspirin (I am alternating) that I have been taking for over 2 weeks. How much is too much and for what length of time?
