Tapering off of BENZOS, Here is a list of the Half-Life of many BENZOS

When considering a taper off of benzos , the reason VALIUM is a good "helper" for a taper is that it helps keep a more even dose in the bloodstream, due to the time it takes to be eliminated from the blood.
The following is a list of benzodiazepines with their corresponding half-lives, expressed as a range in hours:
