my son said he's ichy..

my son was outside riding his bike when all of a sudden he said he started itching all over,he had goose bumps all over too.. i didn't see a rash or bumps, so i told him to take a shower.. he said he's still a little itchy.. should i be worried?? Note I suffer from health anxiety, so I could be over reacting.. I can't help it..

See how he feels when he showers. Maybe with the sweat he got a little itchy. Did he go near bushes or anything...maybe a little poison ivy. I'm sure it isn't serious.
