Yes you can transmit hsv2 to the oral area. It doesn't happen as frequently as hsv2 to the genital area or hsv1 to the oral /genital area but it can happen.  the risk is higher of transmitting hsv2 to the genital area though than the oral area.

so what do you do? Well if you aren't comfortable with the risk - utilize barrier protection when your partner is giving you oral.  You can also take daily suppressive therapy to reduce your partner's risk of contracting hsv2 in general from you.
