back pain while walking

I have a cyst that is 10 cm and am now experience horrible back pain when I begin to walk.  Also when I bin I find that when I lean back it helps a little but I need help it is difficult to walk to the train so I can go to work.  I have been taking cabs to work for the last month but can not afford to keep doing this.  I am no longer able to do the things I want to

Hi There
if you have a10 cm ovarian cyst that is causing pain, you should see a gynecologist for a consultation about surgical removal.
If your pain is so severe that you cannot walk, you need to be seen in an emergency room.
