hurt wrist after starting new job and having to hand roll dough for 4 hours straight

i am 38 years old and just started a manager's position in a company that makes their own bread and pizza dough. 3 weeks ago i had dough training, and our dutchess machine (which cuts and rounds dough) was broken, so all dough that was made that day had to be hand rolled. since that day, i have a goose egg on the outside of my wrist, with limited mobility and alot of pain. not sure what to do at this point, but know i can't keep living like this. very uncomfortable and painful. i also have a "crunchy feeling" in my wrist that is unusual. please help with some advice!
