you said earlier to see a neuro opthamologist my son was seen by a neurologist also seems that noone can help him he is completely normal his only problem is seeing letters and numbers from a distance he can only see at arms reach and no prescription helps he said binoculars help somewhat to see the words or numbers i need to be directed somewhere where we can get help to make him see normal we live in long island ny do you recommend me to go somewhere in ny that can cure this or even find some kind of prescription or vision therapy something... he also has a stuttering problem mild but delays to say a sentence to make sure he doesnt stutter maybe its connected

Again, I am sorry but I am unable to help you with this very complex problem. A neuro-ophthalmologist at one of the area medical schools would be a good start.
