Poland Syndorom of right side chest

hi im a male of age 23 n recently i found that this desease is called poland syndorom by searching on the internet. It is afffecting my life seriously i try to hide my self i can,t wear t-shirts due to the irregularity of right side chest muscle and it has made my shoulder and right hand muscle a bit weak aswell.i do have enough money to carry out any sugery please tell me what should i do? can sugery fix this problam? i,m really depressed person due to this problam! please help me and suggest me. Thanks

As you have found on the internet, there are a variety of methods to treat this deformity.  Your first step would be to consult with a plastic surgeon to advise you about your options.  while the cosmetic appearance can be improved, it is not likely to improve the function and strength of your affected muscles.
