Lighter skin

I want to know if there are any skin creams that will make my skin become lighter because I live in a sunny place and even though I wear good sunblock I have to walk alot and I'm tired of getting these tans. I become lighter in the winter but right now I want to know if there is anyone who has had experience with taking certain pills to make your skin lighter and if there are any effective creams that make your skin brighter. If so I definitely would like to know about them.

What is your age?
The skin in the regions you mention is normally dark as compared to skin elsewhere.
Do you have any other associated symptoms of itching, rash , etc.
It would not be advisable to scrub the area too hard as this would irritate the skin. You should try to avoid sweat collection in the areas, keep the areas clean, maintain good personal hygiene, wear lose comfortable clothes. Apply calamine lotion at the sites.
Consult a skin specialist for your complaints and discuss whether a demelanising agent would help in your case. You could also talk to your doctor about microdermabrasion.
