strange erection problem

Hello Doctor,
i am a 26 year old male, who is a computer programmer. my problem is that when i see my girlfriend on hot mood (before foreplay) i never get erection. i need her assistance to get erected but after that i ejaculate prematurely. At that time the erection is not strong, it is bendable, the blood veins around it does not look pumped up. But the funny thing is i get a very strong erection around the time i wake up in the morning , i can see the blood veins around the penis are enlarged, its very strong and i have the confidence to last long yet my girlfriend is not with me , i could not test at that time.
when i see an arousing porn content , i would get the sensation of some muscles close to the testicles get squeezed or tightened (it may be try to erect , but does not happen ) , after that i get the initial sensation of ejaculation , but i take my eyes off before i ejaculate. the same thing happens when i listen to similar content.
i work out around 1 hour daily , i have no problems with sugar (80) or cholesterol (didn't check). i don't know what kind of doctor should i consult , since its involves urinary organs , i put this here.
i need to solve this problem before i marry my girlfriend , so i would like to have advice to solve my issue.
