Morning Star Food Products SAFE?

Does anyone out there know if the "Morning Star" brand food products are safe? They are a meatless meat type food product mostly for vegetarians. No, I am not a vegetarian... I live on a tiny Island in the Caribbean currently and I am having trouble finding meat products I like for my protein intake. Thanks!

Have no idea...but I've eaten them and have no reason to believe that they are unsafe.
