arterial disease in head

I recently had an MRI of brain.  Have been having headaches on left side of head from eye socket to back side of head.   Results came back that I had no tumors.  However did have "some arerial disease".  I am 75 years of age.  Have had history of high cholesterol and Triglycerides.  What does this mean?  thank you.  Bob C.
