Could you have possibly went out the day before and ate something that could have trigger this?
I would not let this continue and go immedately to the ER, or doctors tomorrow. Also drink gatorade for electrolites. Your possibly loosing alot of water and becoming dehydrated.

This explains the lightheadedness, and tiredness. Nausea could be from something bad you ate.
