Bumps on back of head

Every once in a while I just feel very, very tired. My head begins to hurt and I go into confulsions. During the past three weeks, I had knots pop up on the back of my head near the neck line. They have a scally top and will scratch off and looks like dry skin. When one goes away, another pops up. It got in my ear too. Is this serious?

Could you please elaborate do you have convulsions when you get a headache or do you have confusion?
As far as the knots at the back of your neck are concerned they could be a cyst or an abcess or even a benign tumor like lipoma. I would advise you to schedule an appointment with an ENT specialist as soon as you can as exact diagnosis can only made on examination.
