Risk? PCR

Hi Everyone,
I did a dumb thing 7 days ago. Approximately 90 seconds of unprotected anal sex as the insertive partner with a partner of unknown HIV status. What worries me is that this person might very recently have been exposed (and therefore highly contagious) due to something said soon after the incident.
I started feeling sick the day after and thought that it might be from kissing, but it has persisted. No fever, but fatigue and general lack of focus. I know that ARS typically starts by week 1 or 2...
I really want to take a PCR test. I've heard that even days after exposure it can give more than 50% accurate results. But I know it is early. Even know that I have 50% less of a chance would help me get through these horrible days.

PCR tests are not approved diagnostic tests. If you need to test, wait and take an antibody test at the correct time.
