The only thing I can think of that would be a risk is syphilis, but syphilis is uncommon.

It has to be IN the eye or mouth - not near it.
HIV infection might happen, but its probably not very likely.
If you are having sex with men, are you asking them to test? To wear a condom? You seem to be concerned about stds, and testing and condom use can prevent that.
