iron infusion

by granma325, Jul 03, 2008 05:31AM
I'm 54 years old and have been taking B-12 and Niferox Forte 150mg (iron supplement) for the past 5 years.  My doctor said that I'am anemic and that my body is not absorbing iron.  I had a colonospy and a Egd done and they showed no bleeding.  My doctor now is talking about iron infusions.  Do they really help with energy?  I'm also a diabetic. thanks for any help you can give me.
