Redness, Pain/Stinging, Change in Fluid, ?

Hello,
I cannot go to the doctor for a few days, and Im sick of google-ing my symptoms with no results so maybe you can help. My labia minora is very red, but not my vagina(inside) and my labia majora seem normal. My normal body fluids seem to be almost non existent, and leave me with this strange rubbery/squeaky feeling, .. how can i describe this better.. instead of being "soft/creamy" it is more like alcohol viscosity. On one of the folds near the bottom of my vagina there seems to be an extended area, (it looks like my skin just grew a little more in one area really) but i know that it is not normally there. It is not a bump necessarily, and there is no pus/pimples/discharge/bleeding. On my minora before the actual opening of my vagina I have some sore areas that are raised lines (no thicker than a thread) about 1-2 cm long that I have not noticed before but they are very tender in that area. While peeing, if pee gets near my vagina it stings horribly until i am able to wipe it away. Also, If i push on the right outside of my vagina it creates a burning sensation on the inside.. I am really worried about this. I have had unprotect sex twice(may 31st, June 14th) and protected sex once(June 21st) all dif. partners, if the time frame helps determine anything, prior to that i was in a 4 year relationship with no other partners. Everything I keep reading is about herpes or syphilis, do you have any idea what could be causing this? I saw that herpes and syphilis both talk about swollen glands, and my glands in the neck are swollen but I am also a chain smoker, stressed out, and dont sleep much. Thanks for the help.
