Your periods are going to be off for awhile. I take it you're not nursing because most of the time nursing Moms don't have periods for awhile. It really could be a bit of post-partum depression. I had it with my firstborn and it was weird. Just so cranky and tired and wanted to run away from home. You can talk to your doctor about that and see if there's some way to get you over the hump.
Fatigue will kill your sex drive. No doubt about it. Hubby will have to be patient and you can just give him pleasure by hand or something until your body is back to normal.
As for the lump, perhaps you have a small hernia from the surgery. You mentioned that you can't feel it when you lie down. That's typical. A hernia will bulge a bit when standing but everything settles back into place when you lie down. Do see your doctor about that. It may heal on its own in time or they may have to fix it.
Hang in there. It will get better. Babies can be fun when you're not so tired.
