when i lay in bedas im trying to go to sleep, my body jerks. is this nomal or could there be something wrong with me?

your posting in the wrong area on the main list look up the right body section neurology  or search the topic sleeping problems you may find your answer  this is  a natural  reaction your muscles are relaxing   unless its happening all night long you may have epilepsy but the normal body function is a quick jerk when you first doze off in my experience
