yes did you try going to a chiropractor? take any xrays or reports with you you can have a pinched nerve in the neck causing this or artheritis or both i go to my chiro with all my problems first then i go to my MD so you can try antibiotic ear drops or eye drops for some reason it quiets me down now i have TMJ my jaw pops out of place so even a DDS can help you, for example if you have your wife put her pinky fingers in both ears and open close jaw if you feel a clicking or hear a clicking you have TMJ CHIRO FIRST DDS SECOND with my hands on experience the treatment is aleve motrin rest soft diet or liquid diet to rest your jaw, been there done that but i am able to pop my jaw back in place when i feel that twinge your finger goes on the jaw by the ear your thumb goes under open mouth slow and push toward your ear works for me
