Interpreting EKG notes

Can anyone tell me what this means?  I had an EKG which states it was normal; however, "evidence of an S1 and TE but no evidence of a Q3.  Poor R - wave progression."  This test was taken due to blood clot in my right lung.  Any help with what the above quote means is greatly appreciated.  thanks!
