EKG results

I recently had a EKG due to a blood clot in my right lung.  Can someone tell me what this means - "no evidence of acute ischemic changes; however, evidence of an S1 and Te but no evidence of a Q3.  Poor R-wave progression."  Should I be concerned and see a cardiologist?  A speedy reply is appreciated, thanks so much.
