cuts please help concerned

Hello. I had an issue yesterday. I am very anxious when it comes to HIV transmission and OCD so IDK if this is the right forum for me but if someone could help me by answering or assessing my situation that would be a great weight off my shoulders. here goes. Yesterday I was putting sunscreen on a friends back and I noticed while I was putting it on that she had a red something on her back it was the size of a small freckle. I have a cuticle bite on my thumb and it may have brushed her cut or whatever is was. I hardly noticed it but when I did I got a little finiky. She nows how I am to some degree and swore it was not bleeding at all and she didnt even notice it. She then said that she did not have HIV or anything but u never know these days. I was not bleeding and neither was she if our cuts or whatever brushed is this a risk or does it have to be blood to blood?

Exposure to HIV comes when the virus within a bodily fluid comes in contact with your mucous membranes and or your blood. There is no risk for intact skin on blood or anything like that. You should be fine so don't worry and sleep well.
