I am 43 yrs old and the outer color of my eyes is fading.  It's truning grayish.  I have brown eyes.  I have seen this in much older people.   Is this normal.  Also, for as long as i can remember the white part of my eye has always been redish.

It is not normal for age 43. It is generally called a corneal arcus and at your age may be associated with high blood fats ( lipids = cholesterol and triglycerides).  You need to see an Eye MD and you need your MD to order a fasting lipid profile which you need to sit down with the MD and discuss in detail.
